Development Programmes for Repalle Constituency
Repalle constituency had several infrastructure gaps — from unpaved roads in rural villages to inadequate public spaces and utilities. These deficits restricted economic growth, hindered basic service delivery, and limited social mobility. Residents often had to travel to nearby towns for even modest facilities, a challenge for the elderly and economically weaker sections.
Acting upon these needs, MP Tenneti Krishna Prasad allocated ₹1 crore from MPLADS for targeted development works across Repalle. In partnership with the State Government and local panchayats, the funds were directed towards projects including rural road improvements, sanitation upgrades, public building repairs, and installation of basic amenities like street lighting and drinking water facilities. The multi-sector approach ensured that benefits reached both rural and semi-urban pockets.
